First Atlantic provides two different ways to access your account information. Both providers show your account values and holdings, however, they differ in how the information is presented.
If you only want one log in, then Fidelity is probably your best option. However, you don't have to choose - you can have both!
Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC)
As our custodian, Fidelity Clearing Canada contains the definitive source of information. On the Fidelity portal you can:
- Access your account holdings and market values.
- Access monthly statements.
- Set your statement delivery preferences (electronic or paper).
- Access tax slips relevant to your investment accounts.
d1g1t First Atlantic Portal
d1g1t provides First Atlantic with a back-office system that is sync'd with Fidelity Clearing Canada. It also provides a different view of your account information. With d1g1t you can:
- Access your account holdings and market values, similar to FCC but with a different presentation of information.
- Use an app on your phone or tablet to access your accounts.
- Share files with First Atlantic. These files can only be seen by you, the client, d1g1t and First Atlantic.
- Access different views of your statements.
